Well three months of lockdown has certainly made our group industrious.
To begin baking was great fun but then we all began to become a tad too plump!
So our members began a multitude of craft projects. Here are some photos of Rikki and her knitting. Lin and her needlepoint. Lucy laughing and getting ready to knit and all our members social distancing and having fun.
The scones below are gluten free. Made from a recipe that was provided by The Cunard Line. These scones are served at the high tea at 3pm every afternoon on sea days on the Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth and the Queen Victoria.
The recipe included three eggs! Very rich and delicious. Kay adapted them to be Gluten Free.
