Self Isolation Recipe of the Week

Self isolation can be tough. Self isolation without snacks is even tougher!

In lieu of our regular weekly meetings, we’re going to be sharing a recipe of the week! These will be recipes you can make easily with staples most of us should have in our cupboard, or easily be able to find.

By now our pantries and fridges may be running a little bare. So, this weeks recipe has just 3 ingredients!

This is a great recipe for the whole family to get involved in. Children can have fun with it and the possibilities are endless. It can be made as a meatloaf to serve with gravy and mashed potato or can be sliced and enjoyed as a sandwich for the week ahead. It could also be sliced cold and fried in a pan served with eggs for a lazy Sunday brunch.

Did we mention how easy and fun it is? Might be best to make 2. It won’t last long and experimenting is so much fun!
